Good deal for Toronto? Good deal for Memphis? What do you guys think?

I think him going to Toronto plays well for his style of play, run and gun. Memphis likes to slow the ball down and wait for Gasol and Randolph to get set up and go through them. I think this is a great trade for Toronto.
